REFUND/RETURN POLICY

At Joe Ugly Apparel, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality, unique products. Due to the made-to-order nature of our apparel, please carefully review our return policy below:

 

1. Final Sale Items
All items are made-to-order and are considered final sale. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please consult the size chart provided on our website before making a purchase.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to assist. Please follow these steps:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at joeuglyapparel@gmail.com.

Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the defective or damaged item.

Once we review your request, we will determine if a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate. Approved returns for defective or damaged items will receive a prepaid shipping label for the return.

 

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return due to defect or damage, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The original packaging, including tags (if applicable), must be included.

 

4. Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. For defective or damaged items, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items damaged due to customer use, washing, or alteration.

Items returned outside the 14-day window.

Custom or personalized items, unless defective or damaged.

 

7. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process for eligible items, email us at joeuglyapparel@gmail.com with the following information:

Your name and order number.

Description of the issue and supporting photos (if applicable).
